designed with bright pink paste stones and set with ormolu gilding

while the reverse presents a central emerald encircled by brilliant-cut diamonds

accented with coral lips and cheeks

Georgian Enamel Locket Coral Featuring a large silver crossA charming Georgian white enamel and 18ct gold locket with the motto "Accept My Thanks" inscribed on the white enamel ribbon both on the back and the front. With the original locket of hair inside this could be removed if desired. The loop is possibly a later replacement and the enamel is chipped and rubbed in some places as seen in the photographs, otherwise this piece is well preserved for its age. Circa 1780. Measurements: 3. 5cm long x 2. 1cm wide
