The 2023 Gantenbein Chardonnay from Fläsch in Switzerland’s Graubünden region shows the balance and purity that have made this small family estate one of Europe’s most respected names in modern winemaking

Nestled on either side of the Tagliamento river

with both varieties vinified entirely in oak with approximately 25% new barrels

and framed by an apple skin phenolic grip and balanced by freshening acidity

Tua Rita Perlato del Bosco Rosso 2022 little-giant The 2023 Gantenbein Chardonnay fromPerlato del Bosco is the result of a particularly encouraging vintage that delivered a regular maturation of our grapes in a timely manner. The winemaking process took place in a 'tino troncoconico di rovere' (conical oak vats) for 6 months and then 10 months in barriques. The vintage defines the typical characteristics of Sangiovese from the coast: fresh and classical notes of 'Macchia Mediterranea' that make this wine special for its territoriality.
