We pick Dijon clone fruit from high elevation volcanic soil vineyards in the Eola Amity Hills and vinify it in Damy barrels. We pick Wente clone fruit from low elevation sedimentary soil vineyards in the Chehalem Mountains on the opposite end of the Northern Willamette Valley and vinify in
