A fragrant, full flavoured and textured dry ros made predominantly from Grolleau (70%), with the remainder Pinot Noir and Gamay. The vines are rooted in the flint, clay and limestone of the Cher Valley between Tours and Orlans. The fruit was fermented wild and raised in steel tank.
