Unlined, back zip and button closure, belt loops. No fabric tag, but it feels like wool; if not 100% wool, it's a wool blend. No brand tag, but this was made by the ILGWU, the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, in the USA. In great vintage condition. No flaws, but the fabric is pretty nubby (see last two photos).
